It reminds me of a 'mini' look Emirates stadium from above with the roof shape - it looks even better from the air!
It puts it into perspective how big the Tesco is, it's massive!

I saw the helicopter overhead on wednesday, I thought it would be taking pictures. Today has been a hive of activity, was watching in my dinner hour. They were putting concrete on the top floor and smoothing it out, while the roofers were hard at it . The big crane returned placing more roofing panels on the top of the stadium.
Great pictures it's nice to see what the west stand looks like, you can't really see it from the ground because it's well inside the compound.
don't forget your darkest hour is only 60 minutes long
KEEP THE FAITH

Oh my word those aerial pics are amazing! I wonder who has taken them? And for what purpose?
ok, mmmmmm, pics look awsum, what is the brown stripes? is it some sort of matting? i dont see how the lights will form a halo effect though. but all in all quite impressive
I am only guessing but the brown stripes could be something to do with the drainage.
It gets more exciting by the day . " Widnes is a shithole I want to go home"
All the photos posted so far have been greatly appreciated but these really are something else! They give you a full idea on the scale of the thing and also shows the curve in full.
I only confirms what i've thought all along, that we will have the best purpose built rugby league stadium in the league by some distance.

The guy is obviously well connected doing the ACC official photographer and has won national awards before. Maybe we should sign him up as official club aerial snapper?
only the stoop, the stadium in the roundabout at leicester and franklins gardens of any real note in union...unless im missing one. Leicester is an odd stadium, mix of old and new. Franklins Gardens is a nice place, will be a cracker if they get the money to knock down the pavillion end and build a stand rather than boxes...so yes the new place probably will be the best one
IIRC only Gloucester, Leicester and Northampton play in their own stadia,
Bath's could technically be called their own but I'm sure its owned by the council
The (W) Rec is owned by the people of Bath.
Exeter's is brand new built specially for their Premiership ambitions.
And Worcester have their own stadium, slap bang next to the M5 - looks like it was modern in 1975.
They aren't in the premiership yet! I was talking about the season just ended.Worcesters facilities are pretty good. I played there a few times and I was impressed with the setup. Shame their teams naffThe (W) Rec is owned by the people of Bath.

Those pics are absolutly amazing and look even better now oooooooooooooo I cant wait (still trying to talk the missus into getting married there aswel)
Im only smiling, because I dont know whats going on.
Depends....Could have sworn they were promoted - or doesn't that count until the first day of the new season? They aren't in the premiership yet! I was talking about the season just ended.
Still not a huge amount for a so called national sport
Haven't Newcastle Falcons got their own ground as well? That just leaves London Irish, Wasps, Saracens, Leeds and Sale that ground share.
