I've never known one of my comments that have been RT'd from someone I follow, show up on my timeline unless I look under your tweets retweeted.

why is there a section of the west stand sectioned off right where west meets south stand ? you can see the crush barriers above and below this area then its got walls in between. maybe entrance/exit to stand or little area for tv cameras, anybody any idea ?

This view shows up the roofline well. Damn shame about those buildings in front. The stadium would look very imposing, if only there was a view it could impose itself upon!

But it really shows how small Arnold Clark's showroom is in comparison. As you said, it's a shame I couldn't have a clear view from the bridge

No its the road before the PX bridge between the bridge and the retail park , the barr langtree entrance is the actual entrance to the site and as such is very dangerous for the public , which is why you got stopped

It's not dangerous if you stick to the path that goes most of the way up that road. I've been up there a number of times taking pictures almost right to the security office and no one has said anything. The security have watched me taking pictures and some of the bosses too and not once have I been stopped or spoken to

I believe network rail have blocked up the access to the old line but you can get a limited view from the top of the access delivery road for the retaiul park on peasley cross rd

there is... ahem.. access via the hotties, where the old line runs through, theres some fencing missing... not that i'd know of course or alternativly there is access via the carpark of the gym in sutton, although you'd struggle for a view now as they've more or less finished the joining corner near warrington old rd.... still worth a walk past tho!

Apparently someone tried that and was escorted off site.... had his own hard hat and hi-viz vest and just walked in with someone....so one of the workmen told me today

The reason i got stopped is because on the day i went some bollards which were plugging a gap in the perimeter fence had blown over.It wasnt far from the security office and a guard came over to tell me i wasnt supposed to be there and he hadnt realised the bollards were down.

On the second best saints fan forum, there are images from a poster on RLFans who somehow got inside and took pictures of what's going on. Some cracking shots and makes it look massive really.

no it was two beat coppers, they came off from behind the whats been called the pump station across road from the stadium.
unless they were after druggies, the bobby I spoke to a couple of weeks back was only interested in plonkies and drugies.

Does anybody know if there is any plans to have anything spelt on in the stands with diffrent coloured seating like for example at widnes they have "vikings". Will we have "SAINTS" or "ST HELENS"?
