Am Sky+ing it but hoping to tune in as well. Bobbie was and still is my favourite ever Saints player.
ONLY ONE STEVE PRESCOTT
My son's team has played the team he plays for and Bobby coaches several times. Last time we did, it ended up in a mass brawl......and lets say there was a lot of bawling and yelling from the other touchline
No real standout players in the team as a whole it has to be said.
Loved hearing his opinions on uncle Maurice - just shows what a jaundiced unpleasant arrogant man he was. I'll bet goulding loved it when Lindsay had to shake his hand as he collected the SL trophy after him saying that he would never win anything after he left Wigan. Classic.
just watched this now and wow what a messed up shadow of a man bobby is now...... deeply regrets the mistakes he has made in his career... kinda chocked me a little....
Missed it, does anyone know if it's repeated? I know they repeated Tommys but Sky's planning is'nt always reliable.

dont think part 2 is uploaded yet can't find it anyway
as bobby expressed through that interview, he made some very very bad decisions in his career, and if he had kept his mouth shut he would have been up there with your long and briers, because of his arrogance he is where he is today, probably the worse mentle scrum half to ever play.....
but his play making and kicking abbilities he is in my mind 1 of the greats but very low down in the league of greats
Bobbie made some alwful mistakes in his time, and as we saw yesterday it has caused him to have regrets. Even now he is known to make the odd mistake, but aren't we all. The first game I watched in 96 on telly and he was the player that outstood from the others, my first live game at Wembley 96, well it was his bombs that won us the game.
He could have been one of the best in his career, but unfortunately, he messed it up.
Incidentally, they showed a small clip of the game between us and Huddersfield when he were playing for them, which was the game he jumped up to tackle Les and landed awkwardly and damaged his ankle. That's the same game, I collared him for a photo after, which is my avatar, then helped him to his car where he signed a photo that Bernard Platt had give me and is now pride and place in a frame in my room.

If he had his time again I am sure he would have made a different set of stupid mistakes. Given the scummy players that there are, and have been, in the league who have had long successful careers, it just shows how bad Goulding was for not a single club to want to touch him near the end.
The silly thing is that it seemed he regretted things but then he started staying that "it was because it was him".
I wonder what he said to the Fijian forward and I wonder if it was similar to what he said to Hunte and Sullivan. He does seem to find it all a bit too funny. A fool and a waste of talent.
I could agree with you but then we would both be wrong.
