Well we don't know the 19 man squad yet so we don't know the fitness of Moore (knocked out so probably will be fit), Flannery (stomach bug so probably will be fit) and LMS (shouler, I think he went for a scan in the week so we don't know the extent of the injury)

Perry must not be that far off now. I wonder if he might be on the bench?

Found this article (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/rugb...ns/9378225.stm) saying that he was 6 weeks off and that was from just before the season.

If I counted correctly, that means that his target was this weekend.

In last week's St Helens Star, Simmons was quoted as saying that both Perry and Wheeler were two weeks away from playing. I remember pre-season Simmons saying that Perry will be integrated gradually, doing an initial 10 minute stint, once he gets the go-ahead to play.

Purtill did say last week he was "atleast 2 weeks away".

SO maybe he's targeting Leeds away or Bulls at home.

IF he can pick up where he left off, we have an AWESOME signing. He takes no backward steps, and is that bit of rough we need to really mix it up.

    Default team for quins

The Manly fans were not concerned at him leaving and he was poor last season. However in SL he will probably rip it up similar to TP

Wellens, Gardner, Shenton, Lomax, Meli, Gaskell, Eastmond, Graham, Roby, Puletua, Flannery, Dixon, Moore.

    Magennis, Perry, Clough, Foster.

Still strong enough to see off Quins. If we have Wilkin and LMS back for Leeds, we'll do them too! Keep the faith!!

Do you mean similar in that TP wasn't really regarded as a big loss to the NRL when he came over or he'll have a similar impact to TP?

just wanting to clear that up, I do remember when TP came over many looked at the Aussies reaction to him coming over and wrote him off as not good enough.

haha TP and Perry no great losses to teh NRL... they are never a great loss, Lyon wasnt a great loss, well he wasnt as he had packed the game in for spearing fish and playing a bit of stick cricket in teh outback I guess... Sam Burgess cmng back to the UK would result in " no great loss to the NRl " from the press over there.

Good point, but with Perry it was more the fans than the press.

Considering the injury list, I think a shuffle of the pack will be needed again and this is the squad i have come up with.

swap puletua and moore and you may be right providing louie is fit to play, think royce prefers a mpbil loose forward rather than potters extra prop system

    just seen this

    A swapsie I reckon.

Pity it's not a forward coming back though. Can't see an obvious position for Wheeler, I would like to see Gaskell get a good run now
