I've got mine the highlights of the season DVD. Favourite bits are the opposition commentary on the Catalans and Castleford games. Its a double DVD as well and not badly priced at around 14 quid. DA looks like he has just got out of bed though.

The one at the ground wasn't today (Monday) and neither was the ticket collection office.

It's not a Bank Holiday. What's up with the lazy buggers?

They lose potential custom on a busy day for shopping and never once advertise on the website what the holiday period opening times are. I mean, what is so difficult about it? Where is the communication or is everyone expected to waste their time and money chasing them for information? It's been like this all of the 21 years I have been going and it never gets any better and I bet I am not the only one who spends less a year than he would do on the club because he can never get any concrete information as to when or not the place decides to shut shop.

At times, it's sheer amateurness and let's not go into the fact that no-one could be bothered to tell me that they didn't post season tickets out anymore unless you asked them to, totally contrary to the policy in recent years.

    COMMUNICATE. It's not rocket science!

Well, we are now into Tuesday. Will it be open later today or will it not?

Answers on a postcard please to the Club Shop, Dunriding Lane, St. Helens.

Whether there will anyone there to read the postcards remains a mystery!
