Good riddance
Phil Vievers...Balls...Joan Collins...Try...Orgasmic... RH the living legend.
The writing was on the wall. If Wayne Bennett can get sacked after losing the tri-nations then Stewart was always going to be on his way after losing a world cup.
I could agree with you but then we would both be wrong.
To be fair he resigned because he got a good and hard head slap for the way he reacted to losing, and the abuse he gave to Klown blaming him for the defeat lol poor loser

His comments must of sounded far worse because the referee and video referees' decisions were correct.

now I know hindsight is a wonderful thing, but, if we had known six months ago that Ricky Stuart would be out of a job at this moment in time, would we have sacked off getting in Mick Potter, and opted for Stuart?
And would that have been welcomed by the fans?
As long as Wire don't go for him.
Wire have been buying quality players for a no-mark coach to screw up, a coach who could do a job would do wonders for them.
Mal Meninga is favourite to replace Stuart as national coach. According to the Daily Mail
I was always taught to respect my elders,
but it keeps getting harder to find one!
I am a nobody, and nobody is perfect;
therefore I am perfect
there such sore losers(auzzies). not only do they stack all the variables in their favour beforehand, (referees, rule interpretations), they then have to cheat to win (EVERY 50/50 ALWAYS goes their way). they could just win anyway they are better than us. accepted. but they always have to cheat, that really annoys me but makes it sweeter when they don't .
They take sport far to seriously, must have nothign else to crow about beside be-littling aboriginal folks.
I think he got off very lightly.
If that was an amateur coach physically and verbally abusing an official after a game he would get a big ban.
It's because there is a ruling within the NRL that whoever is the coach of a State of Origin side cannot be the coach of the national RL team because of perceived bias and favouritism in picking players. As far as I know the ruling goes back to the 1980's when one of the previous NSW coaches who got also got the National Team Coaches job dropped all the Quensland Origin players for a test match against New Zealand. (They fielded a virtual team of NSW players for the Test.)
Meninga would like to coach both Queensland and NSW as the authorities in Aus were on about scrapping the ruling. Watch this space.
