Do you not reckon he is waste of an overseas place?when we have other players more than capable to do the job he does, hes not even that versatile.

How did you make that assumption with one full season behind him?
He played 3 positions last season, hardly a one trick pony.
I think Lego will come good this season,as with Gidley he hasn't settled immediately .
As touched on previously,he didn't have a pre season last year, bad injury, possibly not match fit. I think sometimes people jump on players too easily.
All of course,my opinion
I take it some of you won't be queuing up to have your photo taken with him this saturday then??
FWIW, I think he's still getting a lot of unfair stick.
Versatile? He's on Casualty every weekend playing that doctor, how verstile is that?
Because somebody has agreed with you?
thats a first..........lol
For what it's worth, I thought Flannery was a good performer last season and his contribution was under rated. Whether we could get a better overseas player at the moment is open to debate. We probably could do with a more stand out player but, nevertheless, he is a good player and was well worthy of a spot in the team.
That said, I'd be happier with me at centre than Flannery and considering I used to run away from the ball when ever it came near me, this is not a good sign!
