An insider at KBC told me it's a no go.

The residents are complaining. They don't mind a funfair once a year, but there's no way they're having a circus there once a fortnight,

Surely you don't mean the residents are revolting. But before any Kirkby resident has a say shouldn't the amount of rent arrears determine whether they are entitled to a say???

See old Shinywater has sent off for another shoebox full of Bahts so Sven can have a dip through the window.

Ah, now I see why you took such offence with my comments about Liverpools website.

The word 'Scouser' is a derogatory term. That's just the way it is. ;)

No fact actually, I seem to remember it being reported that the highest percentage of rent arrears was in the very place, sorry to disappoint you. Surely someone who lives in the Knowsley Metropolitan Borough will clarify this.
